The best way to start the day is with a tasty meal. Try this baked polenta recipe where you can experiment with other tastes. Instead of parmesan and bacon you can use cheddar and ham. You can eat it hot and cold because it will be just as good.

Grease a 20x20cm baking dish with butter.
