  • 8 mashed potatoes
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oil
  • Paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • rosemary

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it, but not all the way down.

Mix the oil with the paprika, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.

Stuffed sweet potatoes

For some time now, sweet potatoes have been more and more available to us. I only started testing it and cooking it a few years ago, and I did well! There are so many recipes in which we can use sweet potatoes, from garnishes to desserts. Today I thought of making a very simple and full of nutrients recipe. I invite you to read below and I challenge you to try the recipe. You can also make the vegetarian version, I preferred to add crispy bacon.


For two servings I needed:
& # 8211 2 sweet potatoes to the grandmother
& # 8211 4 whole fresh eggs
& # 8211 2 ties of cherry tomato bunches
& # 8211 bacon cubes
& # 8211 garlic 2 puppies
& # 8211 salt pepper
& # 8211 olive oil
& # 8211 chives for decoration
& # 8211 1 sprig of rosemary

Step 1

I turned the oven to 180 degrees, then washed the sweet potatoes in cold water. I washed them well because I didn't clean them. In general, I leave the vegetables in their skins so that they don't dry out and keep their flavors better. Let's go back, put the potatoes in the pan on a baking sheet with a little olive oil and leave them in the oven for about 30 minutes. The test of the fork does not fail, I opened the oven a few times to check:

Step 2

I took the potatoes out of the oven and let them cool a bit, then I took out some of the core and set it aside for other meals, maybe a dessert for the next recipe. Then I broke 2 eggs and put the egg white over the potato. Do not make the mistake of laying the whole egg, you risk eating a hard boiled egg. I laid the whole egg and then struggled to remove the yolk. Put the potatoes with the egg whites back in the oven for about 8-10 minutes. Remove them again when the egg whites are done and add the yolk, and then the bacon cubes
and in the oven for a few minutes:

Until the pots are done, I took 2 pans, one for bacon and the other for cherry tomatoes. I put the bacon in the pan without any oil for a few minutes. In the other pan I put a tablespoon of olive oil, a clove of garlic, a sprig of rosemary and cherry tomatoes, which I sautéed for a few minutes. I matched the salt and pepper when they were ready:

I took the potatoes out of the oven, added the crispy bacon, finely chopped chives and cherry tomatoes and put them nicely on a plate:
