Risotto with mushrooms

Ingredient:
Arborio rice (from experience this is best for this preparation).
Water from Chicken Soup (my favorite) or vegetables
Onions / garlic / mushrooms (I prefer brown ones)
Butter / olive oil
White wine (alcohol evaporates at high temperatures and chicken a little)

Cook the onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter and a tablespoon of olive oil and add the rice for a few seconds, but stir all the time. Then add half a glass of white wine and stir again. Gradually add the hot soup for a maximum of 12-15 minutes.
Then take it off the heat, add a piece of cold butter and a cup of grated Parmesan cheese and mix well. Serve as hot as possible, or as a side dish if you want something next to it.
