All I can say is that it was very good and goes very well with a cup of hot milk or coffee.
- 200g butter
- 200g zahat tos
- 5 eggs
- 100g coconut flakes
- 200g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 700-800g fresh cherries.
Preparation time: less than 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cherry cake:
Rub the butter frothy with the sugar and then add the 5 eggs one at a time. Grind the coconut flakes on a coffee grinder, mix with white flour, sifted and baking powder. Incorporate lightly into the butter cream. A tray with dimensions of 24 / 32cm, is lined with baking paper. Put the composition in the tray and on top will be placed nicely, the pitted cherries, which have been washed beforehand. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool and then slice and powder with sugar.
